Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for eligible items under these conditions:

• The item is unused, in original condition, and returned with all tags and packaging

• The request is made within 7 business days of delivery

• You email info@tsuscreations.com with your order number and reason for return

• You receive a return authorization and instructions before sending anything back

Note: Custom and bespoke orders—including personalized sizing, engraving, or gemstone sourcing—are final sale, unless damaged in transit or significantly not as described.

Refund Method

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit for the full product value (excluding shipping)

• Store credit does not expire and may be used toward any future purchase

• Refunds to original payment are not offered unless required by law

Return Shipping

• Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect

• Please use secure packaging and a trackable service

• Tsu’s Creations is not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit

Every piece purchased from Tsu’s Creations is eligible for lifetime complimentary care, including:

• Ultrasonic cleaning

• Repolishing of metal surfaces

• General maintenance checks

Additional fees may apply for services requiring new materials or labor beyond standard care, such as resizing, replacing stones, or repairs involving metalwork.
